Well, we’re movin’ on up……  to the East Side….   Ok, not, not to the East Side.  But, we’re movin’ on up…..  to a new year, and it really is amazing that its already so close.

Just wanted to drop you a line and tell you that I have two new recipes for you, still needing to be written up.  “Chicken” Bulgogi, and Tortilla/Taco Soup.  As much as I love creating new veg “meat” recipes, as well as veg recipes not containing any “meat,” getting the recipes written up is always the hardest part!

Re my previous post, yes, you can say I’m still suffering for my art.  Or let’s just say there’s a little “suffering” going on in general because I’m still looking for work in my “real” life and this isn’t the best time of the year to be looking.  But, I’m hopeful, and continuing to dream up new and yummy recipes to keep myself occupied!  I just have to write them up!  :)

Now, off to make one of my old favorites, perfect for this wintery weather, Lentil Vegetable Soup.  The best!
